When you think back to last year in Phoenix, so much has
evolved. We have an incredibly passionate spa community that is looking
beyond today to ensure we strengthen the industry of tomorrow. Much of the
evolution we have witnessed is due to the hard work of more than 100
dedicated volunteers. A rising tide truly raises all ships!
l The ISPA board has made bold decisions to address the workforce shortage
in the spa industry. This includes the implementation of the first-ever
Spa Workforce Super Session at Conference and the new ISPA Talent
Symposium and Resource Partner Summit, which will take place in April
2020 to continue the conversation.
l The Exhibitor Task Force has reviewed policies and implemented changes
to continually improve the ISPA Expo experience for both attendees and

The International SPA Association is a 365-day-a-year resource to secure and
strengthen the future of the spa industry driven by its members and their
