2017 ISPA CONFERENCE & EXPO What’s in the Hub? 1. Just off the Expo floor, you’ll find The Hub. What’s The Hub, you ask? It’s the perfect place to meet and network with fellow attendees, relax between sessions, or take a break from the Expo floor. In The Hub you’ll find: ISPA RESOURCE CENTER. As soon as you enter The charge your devices and use one of the provided computers to catch up on emails, social media, etc. Hub, you’ll see the ISPA Resource Center. Here you can find members of ISPA’s staff who will be able to help answer any questions you may have. You can also purchase valuable ISPA research and resources like textbooks and PDS recordings. The ISPA Resource Center will also have ISPA Conference maps, brochures and ISPA Foundation Auction catalogs. SECOND STAGE. Between sessions, exhibitor appoint- ments and networking, pop over to the Second Stage, which features short, 15-minute educational presentations from experts on marketing, leadership, social media and more. ISPA FOUNDATION LIVE & SILENT AUCTIONS. Help support the spa industry by stopping by the ISPA Foundation Auctions and bidding on vacation packages, product packages and one-of-a-kind collectables donated by your industry peers. On-site silent auction bidding opens at 11:15 am. Monday, Oct. 15 and will close at the end of the ISPA Foundation Live Auction, which will be from 5 to 6:30 pm on Tuesday, Oct. 17. packing for a few days in vegas 2. 3. What to Pack can be daunting: you never know what you’ll encounter. Here are a few items you won’t want to forget: 1. Business cards Don’t leave home without your business cards! Here you can think you need. You never know who you’ll meet! 2. Comfortable, yet professional clothing At the ISPA Conference, there is no set dress code, but know that ISPA attendees are typically in professional dress throughout the week. We suggest dressing professionally, but you’ll want to be comfortable. The days are long! 3.
