the long-haul isn’t just an issue among spas—it
can be an issue for resource partners, too. 47 per-
cent of resource partner respondents indicated that they
have a talent strategy for 2020. And with 64 percent of re-
source partners reporting year-over-year growth in new ac-
counts compared to Q4 2018, they’ll likely need a sound
