People fascinate me, and it makes me happy to see teams of diverse backgrounds using their strengths to work closely together and learn from each other! as people, we’re often preoccupied with how we view ourselves, and how we view others. But how often do we participate in groups and think about how the others in the group view us? one of the many reasons we were excited to welcome Sally hogshead onto our General Session stage last year was to explore the answer to that question.
