my favorite way to raise the bar is
through expectation-setting. at your
next team meeting, begin by having
the team brainstorm a list of what
they feel is important to expect from
one another, as well as what your
clients can expect from the team.
have everyone commit to these
expectations by signing the list. Post
it somewhere visible to keep it top of
mind. Setting standards for success is
a great way to keep building your spa
or business into one where everyone
wants to work and prosper!
