Social Issue Focus: Women, Domestic
Violence, Poverty
Mission: The Ladder Alliance seeks to provide
women victims of domestic violence and low-
income women with the tools to lead self-
reliant, independent and successful lives. The
Ladder Alliance provides technical skills,
confidence and cultural capital to low-income
women and victims of domestic violence in
Tarrant County.

The intern will:
Work with the Marketing Committee and
staff to design and produce compelling print
materials, including brochures, event
invitations, advertisements, etc.
Coordinate, design, and manage, graphical
content for website, social media, electronic
newsletters
Adhere to project deadlines and provides
status updates on a regular basis to
management
Produce videos, photography, animated
graphics and other electronic multimedia
Develop a project from beginning to
completion
Perform regular office duties as needed, such
as filing, making copies, answering phones,
etc.
