I believe we have accomplished many of the steps toward our original mission, and we will not stop pursuing the ultimate goal of exceeding expectations. When we started with a small staff in Eufaula, Alabama, and began educational training in week two of our new practice, we realized we had to be introspective. Very early in the start of PT Solutions, we were tested by our reimbursement, the environment, our profession, and our competitors. PT Solutions has thrived in competitive environments because we hold onto the promise that we will outservice and provide an exceptional treatment product. This day and everyday, we expect the best of our clinicians, because ultimately, our patients desire the best care from their therapists.
