According to my observations the biggest problem with industrial engineers is that when
they enter into market there is no acceptance for them because most of the market can not
clearly understand what the industrial engineering truly is There is a perception of people
that IE is the sub branch of mechanical which is totally wrong. Further there is no platform
in Pakistan unfortunately for IE. Another problem with IE's in my opinion is that course of IE
is not designed clearly. So, in accordance with these problems PSIE can be a very effective
platform to clear these problems. I'm new to this platform but I expect from PSIE that it will
help us regarding these issues.

I was always expecting a society of Industrial Engineers with in Pakistan to boost the level
of our studies. This will also give a sense of confidence to our juniors. The efforts who made
