In the third year, I was able to clear the Project Management Professionals Certificate Exam along with Six
Sigma Green and Black Belt certification with distinction. I was fortunate enough to also secure an internship offer from SANPAK Engineering. Their work
primarily revolved around (Line balancing, Designing
Stations, Layout improvements, KANBAN, Dispatch
Utilization, and Double Productivity) and I got a chance
to present them in front of the Owner and GM of
SANPAK. They appreciated my efforts and offered to
work with them.

I was also offered two business partnership
opportunities to work as a consultant. I have also got
an internship experience at SPEL. SPEL was not open
to new ideas but through tiring efforts and
communication I was able to secure a chance of
implementing a Six Sigma project that gave a benefit
of 1.1 million to them and thus they offered me a job
there too.

So, my dear IE fellows, I want to advise you to develop
as many skills as possible. There is a huge potential
and a bright future for skilled industrial engineers in our
country. Organizations look for skilled work force that
can provide multi-faceted work and help them improve
their productivity and efficiency.
