What will I Study? What will I Study?
You will be studying for the BTEC Level 2 First Certificate
in Performing Arts (Dance), which teaches you more
about choreography, performance, technique and
the working practices of the performing arts industry.
It is equivalent to two GCSEs at A*-C grading. You will be working towards the UAL, Level 3, Extended
Diploma in Performing Arts, which is equivalent to
studying for three A Levels and you will learn a range
of dance techniques, performance techniques and
the theoretical aspects of the art.
How do I apply? As well as spending time focusing on perfecting your
dance abilities you will also learn additional skills in
singing, physical theatre and the business side of
the industry.
