SENIOR CENTERS Renovations & Improvements $ 1,724,000 Oveal Williams – Roof repairs & minor interior/exterior renovations to existing facility. Broadmoor – Mechanical/electrical improvements of existing equipment and ADA building improvements. 2. RECREATION CENTERS Ethel Eyerly – Mechanical/electrical improvements of existing equipment. Joe Garza – Mechanical/electrical improvements of existing equipment and ADA building improvements. Garden – Parking lot renovation, mechanical/electrical improvements of existing equipment, roof repairs, minor interior/exterior improvements, and ADA building improvements. Greenwood – Parking lot renovation & mechanical/electrical improvements of existing equipment. Lindale – Parking lot renovation and mechanical/electrical improvements of existing equipment. Northwest – ADA building improve- ments. Renovations & Improvements $ 458,000 Lindale – Mechanical/electrical im- provements of existing equipment and ADA building improvements. Oak Park – Mechanical/electrical im- provements of existing equipment and ADA building improvements. 3. PARTICIPATION PROJECTS $ 750,000 Matching funds to leverage State, Federal, and private grant funding for parks, trails and other facility develop- ment initiatives. 4. PARKS SYSTEM PLAY- GROUNDS Playground Improvement $ 750,000 Rehab/replacement and development of playgrounds citywide. 5. OSO POOL AQUATICS CTR Renovations & Improvements $ 50,000 General electrical improvements for public safety and code compliance. 6. GREENWOOD SPORTS COMPLEX Improvements $ 610,000 Sports field lighting improvement for 5 baseball fields. 7. COLE PARK & DIMITT PIERS Renovations & Improvements $ 1,288,000 Provides partial funding for the res- toration of the Cole Park and Philip Dimitt Fishing Piers. Additional funding will be necessary to complete the full restoration of both structures. Work includes structural repair to piles, decking, fencing and walkways. Various parks throughout the city would have playground improvements, similar to Cole Park shown above. Project scopes, locations and costs are estimates based on information currently available and are, therefore, subject to reasonable change on the basis of new and refined information up to the time of completion. 13
