Provides partial funding for the res-
toration of the Cole Park and Philip
Dimitt Fishing Piers. Additional funding
will be necessary to complete the full
restoration of both structures. Work
includes structural repair to piles,
decking, fencing and walkways.
Various parks throughout the city would have playground improvements, similar to Cole Park shown above.
