After 10 years of operation and dedication, Horizon now exclusively manages over 100 beachfront apartments & villas
around the island, spread over 7 different locations. Our goals & visions revolve around offering our valued guests
the best of serviced holiday rentals in Mauritius, paired with a personalised concierge service. This new concept, with
the privacy of a home and the service of a resort, allows travelers to experience Mauritius from a completely new

Today, Horizon has extended its services to the real estate sector under the Horizon Properties brand. Our property
consultants advise and assist investors and home seekers in their venture. We assist in identifying the needs of the
client, advise on the necessary administrative procedures and undertake all legal processes for both local and foreign
acquisitions on the Mauritian territory. In case the investment is done in view of acquiring a residency permit, our
property consultants also take care of this process with the Prime Minister’s Office until the delivery of the permit.

actively marketed online as well as through our network of associates and partners, to enable maximum exposure. We
manage all the administrative procedures associated with long term tenancy: from listing their property, organising
visits, drafting the lease agreement to the check-in inventory. Before the termination of the lease agreement, we
ensure the property is back on the market to minimise occupancy interruption.
Through our additional management service, we take the load off the shoulders of investors by managing their
property on their behalf, whether they are abroad, not using their property or simply busy celebrating life. In short,
we take on us all the constraints and maintenance associated with secondary residences, leaving only the best part
to the owners.
