Free Promotional Opportunities
You've already signed up to exhibit. Now, it's time to get the most
bang for your buck. There are many free opportunities for exhibitors to
promote your participation and gain visibility for your company and new
products.
• Maximize your exhibitor portal. The company information in your exhibitor portal appears
in the printed show directory as well as in the HNA mobile app. Be sure to add product
categories, your website URL and other contact information. There are also opportunities to
upgrade your listing to include show specials, press releases, videos and more if you choose
to do so.
• Gain visibility for your new products. Your new product information can be included in two
pre-show email blasts to the HNA attendee database and in the digital New Product Spotlight
section of the HNA website. Submit the following information to [email protected] to
be included:

1. 100 pixel image/logo of the new product
2. Company name/booth number
3. Name of the product
4. Description of product (100 character max.)
5. Optional - pdf of more information on the product to be linked to the posting on the HNA
website
• Leverage the media. We've included a list of industry media in this kit. Many of these editors
attend HNA in search of new products and industry trends to share with their readers. Be sure
to send press releases about new products, as well as invitations to your booth. Also, see the
Editorial Coverage form in this kit for details about how the HNA media office can help get your
news into the hands of editors.
• Interact on social media. See page 6 in this kit for ideas on how to showcase your HNA
participation on your social media platforms.
• Invite your customers and offer them a registration discount. See page 26 to request
a unique Invite A Customer link that you can use to invite your customers to register for
the show at a 50% savings. Share the unique link via your website, emails and social media
outlets.
