Reach HNA attendees in the comfort of

hotel’s exclusive channel. HNA hotel block
peak night is 265 rooms. You will receive
exclusive coverage for the duration of the
event starting with the ICPI Pre-show
Installer Courses on Tuesday and through
the HNA show Wednesday - Friday. Prior
approval by HNA is required. You must
submit your video to the hotel who will facilitate the setup. All costs for
production and installation of the videos at the sponsors’ expense.
HNA ATTENDEE BADGES
Maximize your exposure at the show and
hang your two-sided, four-color banner,
5’x15’, in the lobby area outside the exhibit
hall. A maximum of six positions are
available in the lobby area. Banners are
provided by the sponsoring company at
their cost with the approval of artwork by
Show Management. Rigging of signs will be
handled by Show Management.

Headquarters Hotel, the Hyatt Regency
in Downtown Louisville, and have your
name, logo and booth number in the hands
of the attendees – allowing you to market
your brand outside of show hours! Artwork
must be approved by Show Management
and Headquarters Hotel. Key card costs
and logistics with the host hotel are the
responsibility of the sponsoring company.
