This is a one-off workshop for those
wishing to try life drawing for the first
time and would like to consider a
session before signing up for a full
course. It is also suitable for those who
feel they are a little rusty and would
like to refresh. Short and long poses
will be utilised. You will respond to the
figure using a variety of approaches
and techniques. The class is undertaken
in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere
and in a spirit of joy and celebration of
the human figure!
Learn how to make both traditional
and modern origami designs, from
simple animals and stars to more
intricate birds, boxes and even
jewellery all made from paper. You can
also learn how to make origami
flowers with patterned paper and then
piece them together into a beautiful
bouquet.

Learn how to paint a design on a small
square primed piece of slate, with
acrylic paints. Finish your slate artwork
with a coat of varnish and a pretty
ribbon hanging, ready to decorate your
home or ideal as a gift.

This one day workshop is where you
can turn your design ideas into reality.
If you have a room you would like to
re-design, have a keen interest in
interior design or are in need of some
inspiration, then this is the workshop
for you. You will learn how to use
fabric, texture and colour to enhance
any interior, whilst being hands-on,
creating your own story board to take
home with you. Please bring along
images or anything inspirational you
have to help bring your project to life.
