Set dancing is fun, great exercise and a
lovely way to meet people. James
teaches the basics for beginners, and
more complicated steps for those
ready for a further challenge. With our
workshops and ceilis, you’ll be dancing
in no time and wondering what took
you so long to start! No enrolment
necessary; pay per class.
Suitable for people with no dance
experience. During this class, you’ll
warm up to current chart music,
improving mobility, strength,
technique and flexibility, and then
learn a dance routine. A great way to
get ‘dance fit’ while having fun.
This class will continue to practise tap
steps such as time steps, rehearse old
routines and learn some new ones.

experience on the dance floor.
Continue your Strictly Come Dancing
adventure! Feel the rhythm of Rio’s
samba, experience hot Cuban cha-cha
and rumba, travel back to the 60s with
jive and rock ‘n’ roll, float on the floor
in a smooth waltz or foxtrot, or fire up
with the tango. This is the perfect
opportunity to have fun and develop
your dance skills! No partner required.
