Afro-Man was created by animator Kofi Johnson because of his negative experience growing up as dark skinned black boy and he felt there was a need of a positive black image for children of color that was smart and inspiring . They took that vision and created something more ; our focus is to bring awareness to our community on issues affecting our community and to inspiring children by making learning Jim and teaching the about there greatness .

A Stranger Danger and Home Safety Adventure book teaching children about stranger danger and home emergency response . Empowering the youth , teaching them stranger danger and safety awareness . Teach the children how to Be Aware , Be to Prepared , and how to Share ! And the animated movie " A Cry in the Dark " bringing awareness to missing , exploited children and to do their part in stopping child trafficking because every year a million children go missing and almost half children are black children ; we have the highest percentage of children go missing every year .
