This year The Famous Spiegeltent program presents a mix of
brilliant local acts that provide a chance to rediscover the heart and
soul of this city’s musical community, alongside some truly outstanding
international surprises.
The Festival proudly embraces artistic reinvention and artists, as
creators, consistently challenging themselves stylistically. In this
program are musicians, emerging and established, who dare to look
in new directions. Curated by Melbourne Festival’s Lauren Snelling,
this year’s program is packed to the rafters with phenomenal acts,
not at home or in the studio, but live in one of Melbourne’s favourite
