Vereecke currently works as a content project editor at Cengage Learning in Farmington Hills, Michigan and says that his favorite part of his job is project management. “I like taking a process from beginning to end. In this case, I take a rough manuscript and process it into a book.” Vereecke explained that PW allowed him to gain focus while also ?nding an industry he would love to work in. “Nothing will happen to you if you don’t do something; volunteer and apply for competitions. Set your sights on temporary or contracting positions. These will keep your résumé active and also lead to more interviews,” he said.
