VUE Audiotechnik h-208 Loudspeaker
VUE Audiotechnik has added to its h-Class family of high-definition , full-range loudspeaker systems with the h-208 .
The two-way h-208 includes a custom-designed 3-in . diameter large-format compression driver that features a Truextent beryllium diaphragm and a Neodymium magnet . This combination allows the HF unit to deliver better high-frequency extension and response linearity than more traditional aluminum or titanium-based designs . A precision-engineered 70 x 45-degree ( H x V ) horn ensures predictable coverage .
The compression driver is joined by two custom-designed and manufactured 8-in . transducers . These benefit from large , 3-in . voice coils that increase power handling while minimizing losses due to power compression . An impregnated linen surround and curvilinear cone optimizes mechanical stability , while a high-coercivity ferrite magnet circuit rounds out the design .

Peavey PVXp DSP Series Powered Enclosures
Peavey Electronics has released the PVXp DSP series of powered enclosures .
Offering ADSP ( Advanced Digital Signal Processing ) technology , the PVXp DSP series has a 128dB SPL with a rugged and compact 50 oz . magnet and 2 3 / 8-in . voice coil teamed with the Peavey RX 14 driver housing a 1.4-in . titanium diaphragm . The asymmetrical horn keeps the sound focused towards the audience using Peavey ’ s Quadratic Throat Waveguide technology that aims coverage to an effective 100 by 50-degree radius ( 15 degrees upwards and 35 degrees downwards ).
At the heart of the PVXp DSP series is the design of the ADSP with adjustable EQ . Combined with an XLR 1 / 4-in . TRS combo jack , a built in mic-pre , and a ground lift , operation is made easier . EQ presets that include music , EDM , rock / country / hip-hop , acoustic , voice , church , and monitor are easy to use and offer adjustable treble and bass to suit the environment as needed .

beyerdynamic has introduced the TG 500 wireless system , which includes the TG 500DR dual receiver . It ’ s designed for smaller stages , theatre productions , speeches , or presentations . The system focuses on modern features and can be used licence-free almost all over the world depending on the frequency band selected .
The TG 500DR dual receiver features a durable metal housing and a parametrised front panel . The combination of intuitive operating elements with a backlit LCD display with status information ( HF / NF level , battery level , transmission frequency , name ) makes menu navigation user-friendly . The frequency response of the system ranges from 45 Hz to 15 kHz . A balanced XLR output and a balanced jack for each channel are provided as analog audio ports . The two audio channels of the TG 500DR can be relayed via a common output and , thanks to the mixed output , there is no need for an external mixing console .
With the TG 500DR dual receiver , two radio links can be operated reliably at once . The 1-HU device has an integrated power supply and a built-in antenna splitter , which means that one antenna pair is needed for both wireless channels .
