Harman Pro Canada ( HPC ) has announced the appointment of Mike Calo as its independent sales representative in Ottawa , Quebec , and the Maritimes .

AES & NAB to Co-locate 2021 Conventions in Las Vegas
The Audio Engineering Society ’ s ( AES ) 2021 fall convention will co-locate with the NAB Show from October 11 – 13 , 2021 in Las Vegas . The co-location brings together one of the premiere conventions for pro audio professionals with the largest convention focused on media , entertainment , and technology .
The AES Show will take place at the Westgate Hotel , adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center where the NAB Show will be held October 9 – 13 , 2021 . The AES fall convention was previously co-located with NAB Show New York at the Javits Convention Center annually in October from 2017 – 2019 . The two events were held virtually in 2020 .
The AES Show brings together leaders in audio engineering and offers exclusive technical presentations , as well as education and networking opportunities . The event focuses on myriad audio disciplines and applications , including cinema , broadcast and online delivery , immersive audio , sound recordings , productions , and live events . On average , the AES Show draws more than 15,000 attendees and more than 300 exhibitors .

Audio-Technica Canada Expands Scope of Service to Include Professional Audio Distribution
Audio-Technica Canada ( ATCA ), founded in 2018 , has announced that it will now be taking over distribution and direct sales for its professional audio products .
