Welcome to the first issue of "40 under 40" most influential and successful
professionals in the Bahamas. This edition features a spectacular group of
individuals who excel in their professions, give back to the community and
stand out among their peers. These distinguished Bahamians are rising stars
of the nation that impact the Bahamas in a positive way. Our company's
mission is to acknowledge staff and train Bahamian professionals. We are
excited to unveil plans to establish a full staffing agency that will provide a
portal for businesses and job applicants to connect. There is also a training
aspect that will provide training courses for professionals and businesses
throughout the Bahamas I am proud to announce there is hope for our young
people and this inaugural edition is the first of many future editions that will
celebrate and highlight the achievements of Bahamians. My personal journey
from poverty to success proves that hard work, determination and guidance
can lead to a fulfilling prosperous life. As a retired banker, accountant and
teacher I have a passion for building leaders to help shape the future of our
country.

would like to thank everyone involved in making this venture a success and
supporting this effort. We congratulate the honorees and encourage them to
pass the baton on to others so that we can all be successful and win the race
