Lavado Stubbs
Lavado Stubbs is an award-winning director-producer, born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas, with film experience in
The Bahamas, Toronto and Los Angeles. During the past few years through his production company, Conchboy
Films, he has produced and directed a number of video projects that were commissioned by leading Bahamian
companies and international artists. Among his accomplishments: Lavado's music videos have aired on networks
such as MTV and Much Music, and he also had one of his videos featured on the CBS network show, The Insider.
Lavado won the Bahamian Icon Award in Entertainment in 2014.
Latazia Miller Stuart
Latazia Miller-Stuart is the Director of Online Learning at West Coast University. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring
quality instruction for all university online courses and online faculty. With over 15+ years in education leadership, Latazia
has served as Academic Dean, Director of Education for multi-campus college systems, F2F and online professor. For her
distinguished leadership, Latazia was honored in 2009 and 2012 the Circle of Excellence in Education award in Baltimore,
MD. Latazia is a College Of The Bahamas Alumni (96’), having also served as a COBUS officer. Though residing in Orlando
Florida, Latazia serves as a professional mentor to a group of aspiring Bahamian young ladies ages ranging from 17 - 24.
Latazia exemplifies the value and importance of education and leads by example, as she currently pursues her doctoral
degree.
Harrison Thompson
Graduating from Kingsway Academy High School in 2006, Harrison had his eyes set on using sports to jumpstart his
college career in psychology. He attended Dickinson State University in North Dakota where he got that opportunity to
play American football as the first international student to ever be selected in the history of the school. In 2009, he then
transferred from Dickinson State University to Texas A&M University- Commerce, where he spent his remaining
undergraduate studies receiving a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology. Today, Mr. Thompson is widely known for
his viral videos on relationships, life and success. He is married to his wife Brittany Thompson and works at Relationship
Management as a versatile therapist, relationship coach, and as a public speaker. He was also the recipient of the 2016
People’s choice icon of the year award. Mr. Thompson is currently understudying with Dr. Wayne Thompson and is
currently pursuing his doctorate in psychology.
