Keenya Farrington-Stubbs
Keenya Farrington-Stubbs is a Supervisor of Business Development within The Winterbotham Trust Company’s Nassau
Office. Her scope of responsibilities include research and development of business products, periodic travels within
the Latin American markets, meeting with clients to promote services of the firm and offer solutions to their needs,
providing client support as per industry mandated KYC standards and collaborating with Senior Management in the
implementation and execution off new business and products. She is also required to follow up on the relevant changes
in legislation, economic, and political environment in the relevant markets by attending local and international and
seminars and training programs. Keenya has developed an excellent rapport with her client base. Her professionalism,
confidence, acute attention to detail and strong communication skill set are the leading factors that she attributes to the
successes of her career thus far. She obtained a BBA in Economics & Finance from The College of The Bahamas. She
will also commence pursing a STEP certification and full membership of the Society of Trust and
Estate Practitioners (STEP). Keenya is the wife of Theo Stubbs; together they have one
Donnette Sands
Ms. Sands is a Registered Dental Hygienist of 5 years where she has spent her dental career in private practice. She is
currently employed at New Providence Dental Centre where she provides preventative dental care to both Nassau and
Spanish Wells offices. She prides herself having a commitment to excellence by providing exquisite patient care,
education and community involvement. Outside of her professional life, she is the owner of Curvy Closet, and online
boutique catering to women with Curves. Additionally, she is a board member of The St. Augustine’s College
Alumni Association, active member of St. Joseph’s Parish and a Hands For Hunger Volunteer.
Lashanta Smith
Lashanta Smith was born and raised in New Providence, Bahamas where she attended C. C. Sweeting Sr. High School
and The College of The Bahamas. In 2010, Lashanta became involved with the Junior Achievement Programme where
she served as Programme Manager of the New Providence area for 3 years. In 2013 she transitioned to the hospitality
industry at Baha Mar Ltd. in Human Resources and also worked and trained around the world as Assistant Executive
Housekeeper of Rosewood at Baha Mar. She returned to Impact Images and Designs in 2015 (a company jointly-owned
by herself and her husband) as the Stationery Junkie and Experience Designer, where she designs stationery
and coordinates events. Lashanta also launched a boutique branding company known as LaMarieSmith, coaching
other entrepreneurs on social media, business and branding strategies. In June of 2016, joined Albany Bahamas as
Executive Housekeeper of Hotel Housekeeping. She is married to Mr. Derek Smith and is the proud mother of three sons.
