Angel Rolle is the founder of Bows & Bands. A small company in Nassau, Bahamas that creates hand-crafted tutus
and hair accessories for kids and adults. Her company also provides customized t-shirt printing for many occasions.
Even though the business keeps her fully occupied, she makes time to volunteer at The Pretty Brown Girls Club and
W.I.N.G.S. (Women In God's Service); both of which positively impact the lives of young girls. In the future Ms. Rolle
strives to start her own organization that will be geared towards impacting family life.

Kwame Russell, an Air Traffic Controller for seventeen years, has been called one of the bright sparks in the next generation

Eduardo Richardson
Twenty-two year old Eduardo Richardson is the Marketing Manager of The ATEL Group of Companies, which includes AFS
Insurance Agents & Brokers Ltd. He recently obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with Credit from The
College of The Bahamas. At The College, he was on the President’s and Dean’s Lists and a member of The National Society of
Leadership and Success. Eduardo graduated as Deputy Head Boy and Vice President of the Business Club from Aquinas
College. Mr. Richardson intends to utilize his skills and talents to further enhance his career and develop the Bahamas
andworld at large.
