Audrea Smith-Lewis
Mrs Audrea Smith-Lewis was born in New Providence. She is the last of three children and the only girl. She is a
product of Catholic education, attending St. Thomas Moore Primay School and Saint Augustine's College. Upon
graduating with a Bachelor's of Education Degree from the College of the Bahamas, she began her teaching career
with the Catholic Board of Education. Mrs Lewis has taught at St. Bede's, St. Cecila's and briefly at Our Lady's
Catholic Schools. In 2005. Mrs Lewis joined the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology as a teacher in the
Department of Education in the District of Exuma. There, she worked at the Moss Town Primary and Rolleville
Primary Schools. She remained there for five years. In her final post on Exuma, she served as the acting Principal and
Rolleville Primary School. Upon her transfer to New Providence, she was assigned as a teacher at the E.P. Roberts
Primary School.There she served with distinction and held the positions of Level Head/Te!
am Leader for grades two, four and six. Last year in addition to completing her Master's Degree in Educational
Administration from Northern Caribbean University in Mandeville, Jamaica, she was promoted to the Position of
Senior Mistress of Claridge Primary School.
Jerice McDonald
Jerice McDonald is a 37 year old dental hygienist. She graduated from Miami Dade College with her associate
in dental hygiene. Jerice later pursued her bachelors at Nova Southeastern University in health science. She
has been actively involve in promoting her profession. Jerice served two terms as the President of Bahamas
Dental Hygiene Association. She always find time to mentor her peers and assist future dental hygienist in
their career.
Gevon R. Moss
Mr. Gevon Moss joined DNP in 2010 and has demonstrated a strong commitment to accomplishing the mission of
DNP. During the past 5 years, he has served as Executive Administrator, Project Manager, and Programming
Director. He has leveraged relationship with both the public and private sector to improve downtown. He is viewed
by all stakeholders as integral to the continued success of the DNP. His work to manage the city's public asset has
made him a key resource in many public and private consultations to advance the city of Nassau.
In addition to Gevon’s professional experiences in the public and private sectors, he graduated from St. John’s
University with Bachelors degrees in Economics and Political Science, and from Nova Southeastern University with
a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He serves as a Director on the International Downtown Association’s
Board of Directors, Director on the Cable Bahamas Cares Foundation, and is also a lecturer at the Bahamas Institute
for Financial Services. He is a father figure at CV Bethel Sr. High School, and a Member of Creative Nassau, and the
Historic Charleston Community. He is also an avid champion for Crooked Island.
