Odette A. Carey
After serving 4 years as Sales & Marketing Manager at the Atlantis Resort & Casino, in 2009 Odette attended
Europe’s top business school, Instituto de Empresa, in Madrid, Spain after receiving a scholarship from the
Organization of American States (OAS). She graduated with a Masters in International Management degree in 2010
and was honored as the top female graduate amongst her peers. Now serving as BTC’s Senior Product Manager of
Fixed Line, Broadband and TV, Odette is responsible for driving innovation and revenue growth among the
company’s newly launched products and services including Home Phone Plus, Fiber to the Home and FLOW TV
throughout the islands of The Bahamas. She is one of BTC’s youngest senior management appointees with a
proven track record for revenue growth and protection. Odette shares that she is an avid globe trotter and that her
passion for food, culture and travel is how she maintains a healthy work life balance.
Kyle T. Chea
Kyle Chea was born to Wellington and Patrice Chea in Nassau, Bahamas, attending Kingsway Academy and Queen’s
College. In 2006, he was named the All-Bahamas Merit Scholar. He studied history and Chinese at Vassar College, and
graduated in 2010. His professional roles have extended across public and private sectors, and have covered finance,
hospitality, and business development. He is most proud of his establishment and leadership of the Nassau Rowing
Club, the first rowing club in The Bahamas producing every national team to date. He is an MBA Candidate Duke
University - The Fuqua School of Business, Class of 2018.
Lateishea Cooper
This Marketing Technologist, Motivational Speaker, and Entrepreneur has impacted her community one smile at a
time. By 2008, she founded Bahamian Illustrated - a company that specializes in Modern Marketing and promoting
Bahamian culture online. Today she's equipped with 10 years of advanced technology, 8 years of Business Marketing
and 4 years of Mobile Marketing experience. Her portfolio includes some 300 clients globally. She is passionate about
encouraging the youth. Ms. Cooper encourages youngsters to pursue online careers and acquire computer skills. Her
plans include continuing to encourage our youth through books, speaking engagements and digital media.
