We are presently recruiting for : Audio-Visual Technician – Junior Level – Montreal We have multiple full-time audio-visual technician positions available immediately . We are currently looking for junior-level technicians .
Position Overview The audio-visual technician plays an important key role with our customers . It ensures the timely and professional delivery of the full range of our services . The position reports to the Operations Department .
Key Job Responsibilities :
• Drive company vehicles , load and unload equipment . ( Requires heavy lifting )
• Set up equipment based on client need
• Operate the equipment to ensure the smooth running of the event
• Dismantle the equipment at the end of the event
• Assist with the verification and preparation of equipment as required
• Complete post-meeting reports and various reports and time sheets
• The work takes place in various establishments such as hotels , convention centres , meeting rooms , training rooms , etc . in and around Montreal
• The work is based on needs of each event , therefore the working hours and schedule are irregular , including work on weekends and holidays

Minimum Requirements
• High School Diploma
• Possess a valid driver ’ s license ( owning a vehicle is an asset )
• Strong interpersonal , organizational , and customer service skills
• Bilingual ( written and spoken )
• Empowered to work under pressure with tight deadlines and according to customer requirements
• Quick thinker with the ability to solve problems easily
• Ability to communicate and have a neat appearance
