Roland V-800HD MKII Multi-Format Video Switcher
Roland Professional AV has introduced an updated “ Mark II ” version of its V-800HD multi-format video switcher .
The V-800HD MK II includes new dedicated switches for aux source selection , offering enhanced visibility and operability , in addition to a sleeker interface redesign . An advanced keyer lets users adjust phase range , amount of chroma , and other parameters based on the HSV colour space for high-quality and tight key compositions , especially on 1080p sources . The Roland V-800HD MK II is a true multi-format video mixer with a dedicated scaler for every input , allowing for all different video resolutions to be switched at the same time . Almost every type of digital and analog input is available , in video or computer format .
On the output side , scalers allow for direct connection to LED walls without the need for external scaling devices . A built-in HDMI multi-viewer provides a convenient monitoring solution . In addition to video channels , two channels are available for still images , which upload by USB memory stick or frame grab .

MDG ATMe WPE Haze Generator
MDG has launched the ATMe WPE haze generator . The ATMe WPE is a non-stop , variable output haze generator encased in a weather-proof carbon steel enclosure . It has been specifically designed as an IP55-rated , weather- and dust-proof version of MDG ’ s ATMe haze generator . ATMe WPE retains all of the ATMe ’ s characteristics and quality , enabling it to create a fine , almost invisible mist that shows off laser and light beams . It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use .
The ATMe WPE features a 100 per cent duty cycle and the MDG Automatic Purging System ( APS ) that prevents residual build up and clogging . It can be controlled via DMX , is RDM-ready , and suitable for use with CO2 or N2 gas . Its universal switching power supply and CE / CSA / US certification ensures it can be used worldwide .
