Audio-Visual Technician – Junior Level –
Montreal
We have multiple full-time audio-visual
technician positions available immediately.
We are currently looking for junior-level
technicians.
Position Overview
The audio-visual technician plays an important
key role with our customers. It ensures the
timely and professional delivery of the full
range of our services. The position reports to
the Operations Department.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Drive company vehicles, load
and unload equipment. (Requires heavy
lifting).
• Set up equipment based on client need
• Operate the equipment to ensure the
smooth running of the event
• Dismantle the equipment at the end of
the event
• Assist with the verification and
preparation of equipment as required
• Complete post-meeting reports and
various reports and time sheets
• The work takes place in various
establishments such as hotels,
convention centres, meeting
rooms, training rooms, etc. in
and around Montreal
• The work is based on needs of each
event, therefore the working hours and
schedule are irregular, including work
on weekends and holidays.
Minimum Requirements
• High School Diploma
• Possess a valid driver’s license (owning
a vehicle is an asset)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational,
and customer service skills
• Bilingual (written and spoken)
• Empowered to work under pressure
with tight deadlines and according to
customer requirements
• Quick thinker with the ability to solve
problems easily
• Ability to communicate and have a
neat appearance
