ETC Source 4WRD PAR & PARNel Fixture Bodies
ETC is now shipping the Source 4WRD PAR and Source 4WRD PARNel Fixture Bodies . These two new fixture bodies maintain the features of incandescent Source Four PAR and PARNel fixtures and add ETC ’ s Source 4WRD LED .
The S4WRD PAR has 126 per cent of the output of a 750- W Source Four PAR while using 21 per cent of the power . With wattage at a low 155 W , heat is at a minimum .
The Source 4WRD PAR and PARNel Fixture Bodies enable users to use the Source 4WRD LED in a new way . They also provide an alternative for installations that previously utilized HID fixtures , providing a significantly higher lumen output with intensity control . Both fixtures are compatible with all existing Source Four PAR lenses and accessories .

Roland XS-1HD Multi-Format Matrix Switcher
Roland Professional AV has released the XS-1HD , a compact multi-format matrix switcher that combines the power of the XS AV Matrix Series and the size and features of the V-1 video switcher series .
The XS-1HD provides multi-screen output destinations for a confidence monitor , main and side screens , and overflow rooms . It features four HDMI inputs with scalers and scaled outputs all while measuring under 13 x 4.5 x 1.4 in . in size . It includes keying and picture-in-picture effects with full HD support .
The XS-1HD accepts a variety of video signals from sources such as cameras , computers , and media players . It is useful in any applications that use multiple output destinations to displays and pixel accurate scaling for LED walls and projectors . Complex systems that would otherwise require touch panels , video switchers , audio mixers , and control panels can be implemented using just the XS-1HD . Set-ups can be recalled from scene memories , and the USB memory stores switcher settings as well as still images . Frame synchronization and scaling are provided on all inputs . The 4:4:4 / 10-bit processing accommodates resolutions up to WUXGA / 1080p .

Bourns Model PSP60 Motorized Slide Potentiometer
Bourns has released the Model PSP60 , a 60-mm motorized slide potentiometer for lighting , mixing , and broadcast console designers .
The Bourns Model PSP60 is designed to address the space constraints , longer lifespans , and frequent adjustment requirements of automated professional lighting consoles and controllers , professional audio mixing consoles , and broadcast mixing consoles .
Available in a variety of resistance values ( from 10 kΩ to 100 kΩ ) and standard taper options , the Model PSP60 60-mm motorized slide potentiometer delivers improved operational characteristics . It features a long-life carbon element offering up to a million cycles , a touch sense lever allowing for adjustments on the fly during live shows , a servo track for console automation , and a snap-in connector for ease of assembly in production .

ADJ Startec Boom Box FX1 & FX2
ADJ has added to its affordable Startec Series of effect lighting fixtures with the Boom Box FX1 and Boom Box FX2 . Each offers four separate effects in a compact housing .
The Boom Box FX1 features a party dome moonflower effect that projects countless beams of shimming , swaying , and spinning light from six 3-W LEDs ( red , green , blue , white , amber , and UV ). The Perspex dome , which protrudes from the front of the unit ’ s casing , has a myriad of facets that each project a beam of light from the fixture ’ s collection of LEDs in a different direction . The projected beams are grouped into a collection of concentric circles , which are caused to spin by the movement of the LEDs within the unit .
The Boom Box FX2 features a gobo moonflower in place of the FX1 model ’ s party dome . Powered by eight 3-W LEDs ( two each of red , green , blue , and white ), the light from each LED is projected through a different detailed gobo pattern , which spin around and sweep in and out to create a dynamic lighting effect .
Both fixtures also incorporate eight wash LEDs , a Galaxian-style cluster laser , and an LED-powered derby beam effect .
