Osadebay-Bullard
Jeunesse Osadebay-Bullard has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years.
Immediately upon obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from
Washington State University, she began her career at Price Waterhouse, as a staff
accountant within Audit and Advisory Services team.
In 2000, she joined Credit Suisse (Bahamas) Ltd., as a Risk Officer, working her way up to
Assistant Vice President, then Vice President and Head of Legal and Compliance for the
Private Banking Division.
She received many awards for her work in Compliance including the General Counsel
Distinguished Service Award, and was nominated by Credit Suisse on two occasions for
Compliance Officer of the Year with the Bahamas Association of Compliance Officers
(BACO), first in 2004 where she was Credit Suisse’s first entry ever, and then again in
2011. In 2011, BACO recognized her for her excellence in Compliance and her work and
contributions through mentoring youth.
In 2013, she joined Societe Generale as Head of Compliance and Money Laundering
Reporting Officer. She was nominated by Societe Generale and was the winner of the
Bahamas Association of Compliance Officers Founding Presidents Award for
outstanding compliance contributions in the Bahamas. She currently serves as Head of
Compliance and MLRO for Deltec Bank & Trust Limited.
Jeunesse is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., and is the immediate
past president of the Nassau Bahamas Alumnae Chapter. She currently serves as the
Bahamas Country Coordinator, with responsibility for all Bahamas Chapters.
She is an active member of St. Agnes Anglican Church, and serves as the church’s first
female Priest Warden and is a member of the Senior choir.
She is a Justice of the Peace for the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
She is married to Germaine Bullard, and has three children – Kareem, Gabrielle and
Greyson.
