Pamela Stubbs is a Customer Service Training Manager with extensive experience and knowledge in the aviation industry, and has worked with all organizational levels identifying operational and developmental training needs. Pamela is passionate about creating an interactive and enjoyable business environment that supports continuous learning. She is responsible for leading functions such as needs assessment, curriculum design and planning. In addition to her role, Pamela is also a software programmer for Bahamasair. Pamela has worked avidly in the aviation field from 1979. Prior to this role, she served in various positions within the Customer Service Department as a Check-in, Ticket and Load Control Agent, in conjunction to Supervisor and Duty Station Manager over the decades. She also worked in the Marketing Department as the Yield/Inventory Manager and a Customer Services Analyst. Pamela's outstanding strengths include possessing profound leadership, exceptional communication skills, versatility, along with strong work ethics and facilitation. Some of her most noteworthy initiatives include: Developed and facilitated internal training. Created and integrated technologies in the development and delivery of “E” products: i.e. electronic ticketing, interline electronic ticket agreements and Advance Passenger Information Systems with governmental departments. Facilitated technical expert teams to provide software support for the organization…Worldspan and Sabre. Created and implemented communication and training for major change processes. Tested and implemented the airline computer software tool. Conducted testing, training and implemented Governmental mandates into the airline’s software tool. Pamela is the airline’s accredited representative for the Passenger Services Conference (PSC) with the International Air Transport Association (IATA). At the conference she participants in discussions on all IATA Resolutions and Recommended Practices associated with passenger processes. In turn, Pamela relays all established industry standards to ensure proper compliance. Pamela is a graduate of Aquinas College in Nassau, Bahamas. She has proudly earned the following Certifications in the Aviations Field. Passenger Fares and Ticketing- International Air Transport Association Training & Development Institute.
