make one homeowner’s dreams come true,
with months of planning and going that

Deborah explains: “Back
in January 2014, Sheffield- based homeowner,
Ian Graiser and his wife,
contacted us to advise of
their plans to convert his
newly purchased traditional
split-level dorma bungalow
into a dream home, adding
several extensions and creating a modern and stylish
contemporary design feel
to the property.
“The property was based
in a suburban area of Ecclesfield, Sheffield and the
Graiser’s vision included
them managing the whole
renovation project themselves, whilst holding down
full-time jobs, which had an
impact on the longevity of
the whole overhaul of the
property.
“Firstly, the couple
wanted all plastic products

“The Graiser’s had
chosen local builder, ASK
Building Services to conduct the building of the
renovation and we also
liaised with the company’s
on-site building manager,
Shannin Muller to ensure
all the varying deadlines
were met in order for them
to complete each stage of
the project.
“Mr and Mrs Graiser also
congratulated us on how
relaxed they had been
throughout the whole
supply process and what it
had meant to them dealing
with Kolorseal, giving them
a great deal of confidence
that the project did not
overrun.”
