WARMER FLAT ROOF
Warmer Roof is pleased to announce that its recently-
launched new Warmer Flat Roof system has now gained JHAI
accreditation under their certificate Number JHAI 14029.
Using the technology

and expertise of creating
the Warmer Pitched Roof
system, the Somerset con-
servatory and roof specialist
has now created the same
pod or SIP arrangement for
its flat roof. And, as with the
pitched roofing system, all
timbers are cut using a CNC
machining centre, and then
pre-built prior to dispatch.
After which, photographs
are taken of each roof build
and sent to the customer as
proof of authenticity.

Roof MD said: “Using the
Warmer Flat Roof system
essentially means that
fitting times are reduced
and it is easier to fit than
conventional aluminium
roof systems. The ‘U’ Value
of 0.15Wm2 is obtained by
using insulated pods and
an insulated plasterboard.
By using the pre-insulat-
ed pods there is no need
for time consuming cross
battening and cutting of
insulation to the underside
of the roof.”

The Warmer Flat Roof
system is supplied with or
without an EPDM covering,
which is a one piece cov-
ering with no joints. This
is applied to the external
roof structure and is affixed
to the substructure by cold
adhesive. The EPDM mem-
brane has a 40-year guaran-
tee. Plus, all finishing trims
are supplied together with
all the necessary adhesives.
And Warmer Roof cus-
tomers are able to supply
their own roof covering on
request.
Karl continues: “The
Warmer Flat Roof can be
supplied with a Lantern or
Flat Glass Plate or if our
customers wish to supply
their own Lantern or glass
plate then we will make
the roof opening with
upstand according to their
product dimensions. We
have examples of both roof
applications at our factory
complete with a training
room for this or the pitched
roof system.”
Standard roofs can be
delivered in five days from
order confirmation and
all roofs are preferably
delivered to site on our own
unmarked transport. The
Warmer flat roof is sup-
plied in as a complete kit,
which includes all necessary
timbers, and insulation, OSB
board, EPDM roof covering,
insulated plasterboards, all
fixings and adhesives and
all rainwater goods.
Karl concludes: “Roof
samples can be supplied on
request and our Sales Team
will be more than happy to
assist you with any enquir-
ies you may have. We are
the sole suppliers of our
roofing systems and do not
have fabricators, so we have
complete control of each
roof supplied knowing that
it has been manufactured to
the exacting standards of its
accreditation.”
