in 2017 . The first was the FENSA Member ID card – a new , modern form of identification for installers which will be co-branded with the FENSA and Installer ’ s company logo . The aim behind it is to build that all important sense of transparency and trust between installers and customers , by giving the latter the power to check who is standing on their doorstep .
So , what does it look like ? Visitors can see a life-sized version walking around the FIT Show . They can even see what their card

could look like by having a picture taken in a specially adapted version . They are invited to share it over social media and be in with the chance of winning free tickets to an England game for the Autumn Internationals at Twickenham .
The second initiative was developed in recognition that installers want to build the best businesses to grow above and beyond the competition . The innovative new FENSA Knowledge Hub was launched in April to give installers

the data they need to drive success . Users can benchmark their performances and prices across the market , check their inspection history and use it to find new marketing and sales opportunities . The Knowledge Hub is designed |

Finally , FENSA is offering installers the opportunity to be recognised as the top talent in the industry . So , you ’ ve had a hard – but productive – day at FIT Show 2017 , and naturally you want to unwind .

On its stand ( H30 ) at the FIT Show , the Polyframe team will be talking about the company ’ s recently enhanced offering .
Following its acquisition of Customade , Polyframe now brings five PVCu systems from Veka , Halo , Eurocell , Rehau and Duraflex within easy reach of the installer . The move provides customers with a far greater choice of profiles than ever before and , for the first time , gives them the flexibility to buy multiple PVCu systems to suit different end user requirements .
Gareth Thomas , Customade group sales and marketing director , explained : “ We ’ re tremendously excited about this year ’ s FIT Show because it ’ s the first major industry event since Polyframe announced the acquisition of the Customade Group and we want to share with everyone what Polyframe can now deliver .

Since its acquisition by Polyframe in February , the enlarged , full-service Customade Group is now the biggest fabricator in the UK with revenues of more than £ 100 million . The group brings together brands and products which span PVCu and aluminium windows and doors , composite doors , aluminium glazed roof products , sealed glass units and specialist glazing .
The Customade group now operates nationwide and employs 900 people in multiple manufacturing sites across the UK .
