The ten-strong team at Atlas Glazed Roof
Solutions picked up hundreds of enquiries for the
industry’s slimmest glazed roof at the FIT Show.

roofs, lanterns, rooflights
and contemporary mock
orangeries.
Visitors saw the recently
extended range of contemporary
lanterns and a full sized Skyroom
– the most realistic contemporary
mock orangery on show at FIT.
With its dummy ring beam and
sleek high aluminium external
cornice to create the appearance
of a real orangery, the Skyroom
wowed visitors, many of whom
thought it was a genuine
orangery.
The real draw to the stand
was the new Atlas flat roof
light, which brings ultimate
performance and maximum light
in a sleek, minimalistic design.
The competitively priced new
product has been developed to
satisfy a growing trend for flat
roof products. Seven orders were
placed within hours of the show
opening.
As demand for larger
contemporary style lanterns has
risen sharply in recent months,
it was no surprise that the
ultra-slim range of four-pane
contemporary lanterns also
attracted lots of attention. The
collection, which features the
hallmark internal and external
aesthetics of an Atlas roof, is
now available in sizes up to 3000
x 1500mm. Delivering ‘more
sky, 25% less roof’, this is a fully
aluminium, thermally broken
system. The Atlas Contemporary
Lantern features a 60% slimmer
ridge and 38% slimmer hip
internally and an external ridge
and hip, which is more than 50%
slimmer than its rivals.

Raising the roof at
FIT SHOW 2016
When Made For Trade unveiled their innovative new
Korniche lantern roof at the FIT Show, the stunning design
impressed visitors so much, many even expressed the desire to
swap the existing lanterns on their own homes for it!
Boasting of one-tool installation, invisible fixings, and no silicone, the aluminium Korniche
lantern has been designed to be incredibly quick-to-fit, aesthetically pleasing, thermally efficient
