game-changing new SF55e aluminium bifold door.
The slim framed system is exclusively manufactured
in Germany and has been designed to specifically
to target the mid-range price point in the UK.

For more than 30 years
SUNFLEX has designed and
handmade some of the most
advanced glazing systems
on the market and that
experience and knowledge
has gone into creating the
SF55e; constructed with
narrow 115mm sightlines
and ultra-slim 55mm frame
depths.
Like the rest of the SUN-
FLEX bifold door range,
the SF55e carries a BSI
Kitemark™ (making it the
only German-made folding
doors with the prestigious
certification), along with
complying to PAS 24 testing
and holding a Secured by
Design Award. The doors
offer advanced security as
standard with double-re-
bated side jambs, 6-pin key
lock on the lead door and
hidden metal shoot bolts.

The innovation of the
doors is provided by a
number of key USPs that
truly set the SF55e apart
from its technically inferior
competition. These features

hold the doors in place
when opened, ensuring
correct operation and
helps prevent service

• a unique part-vent
position that the allows
the intermediate panels
of the doors to be part-
opened for ventilation
whilst the doors remain
secured

operation thanks to in-
novative running gear

ultra-slim finger-cush-
ioning EPDM rubber
gaskets
• slim frame widths
(115mm sightlines)
which allow for larger
glass panels

The doors are available
in large panel sizes of up
to 1.2m wide and 3m high
in a wide range of con-
figurations from 2-panels
up to 22-panels sets. The
doors also have the choice
of three track options in-
cluding a DDA compliant,
weather rated low-threshold
track with minimal 14mm
upstand.

doors on the market the
SUNFLEX bi-fold range is
genuinely designed and
fabricated in Germany and
as such the system is perfect

The doors are available
in five standard colours –
Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016),
Traffic White (RAL 9016),
Grey Aluminium (RAL
9007), White Aluminium
(RAL 9006) and Anodised
Silver, with the option for
the full RAL Classic range,
highly popular textured fin-
ishes like DB-703 or in styl-
ish stainless steel effect.
In addition to the SF55e,
