Appointment set to
help boost Customer
Service Team
Apprenticeships ‘worth
£34bn’ to the UK economy
Apprenticeship schemes were on course to provide
a £34bn boost to the wider British economy in
2014, according to a new piece of analysis.
Leicestershire-based domestic and industrial door manufacturer, Hörmann UK Ltd
has strengthened its sales
and aftercare team with the
appointment of Lisa Brook as
sales office manager.
Lisa brings with her a wealth of
experience having previously held
customer service roles at Mamas &
Papas, Jacuzzi UK and Ellbee Ltd,
where she oversaw the relocation
of her department to new facilities in Barnsley. Her appointment
bolsters Hörmann’s 16-strong sales
office team which is responsible
for managing all domestic orders
from start to finish, as well as handling any aftercare enquiries.
In her new role, Lisa will be
looking to streamline the team’s
order processing service, in addition to introducing a range of key
performance indicators to increase
productivity.
