selection of sizes. Super spacer bars are used to ensure the optimum finish is
acheived in curved units

In-house glass toughening furnace that can
toughen up to 3210 x 6000.
Highly skilled lead and Georgian department
which offers a range of leads, stains and bars in a
variety of designs and colours. Our in-house
technology also ensures we provide accurate
leaded and Georgian bars.
Turn around on double glazed units are 2-5 days.
These range from small to oversized units.
New Bystronic line which can seal up to 3210 x
6000 with automated argon and sealant.
In-house lamination Machinery. Produce over
200sqm of lamination a day, including walk on
glass.
Units filled with structural sealant at request.
In-house painting booth. Allows the organisation
to produce spandrel panels for big projects.
Team to manufacture back to back/duplex grids
and Georgian bars/ coloured bars.
Quality management team to ensure units are
thoroughly checked to ensure a great product for
the customer.
Urgent units are available on request.
Super Sealed Units are capable of delivering
nationwide with a fleet in excess of 35
lorries/vans as well as its own special hiab
vehicle. On special delivery calls, the company
can deliver up to Ireland, Scotland and Wales in
large volumes.
