The TSL 20, from Roto is a twin
cam security locking system
designed for PVCu outward
opening windows. The
espagnolette lock is designed to
the high-standards to provide
the ultimate in security and
reliability. TSL 20 is tested in
accordance to PAS 24:2012
Annex C, and uses Roto’s unique
Roto Sil Nano surface covering
to give optimum, corrosion
performance.
The Roto TSL 20 has been
designed to add value, by
offering an increased
application range to many
popular PVCu profile systems.
Lumi the groundbreaking new, structurally
bonded window and door glazing system from
Apeer, is set to take the market by storm.
Following its dazzling
debut at Grand Designs Live in London,
the company has been
overwhelmed with
leads and enquiries
for the radically styled
range of frameless
windows, doors, entrance glazing, French
doors and a bi-fold door
system.
Linda Tomb, marketing
manager, said: “It was a
hugely successful launch
and we are now refining
our pricing and ordering
systems for Lumi along with
our technical and training
manuals and videos.
“We have developed an
at-a-glance pricing structure
where each window and
price and spec is clearly
presented, enabling retailers
to give customers a fully
fitted quote which can later
be converted to an order.
“We have also built a
training ‘house’ at our
Ballymena factory where
we can offer fitters hands-
on experience of how to
install the windows. The
facility can also be used as
a showroom for customers
and potential buyers so
they can see the Lumi range
for themselves and how it
differs from anything else
on the market.”
A first in its field, the new
Lumi collection is set to
bring the seamless sophistication of iconic glass
structure to the residential
housing market.
Offering a frame-free, ‘wall
of light profile’ the triple
glazed system is distinguished by its fused ceramic colour border, available
in eight different exterior
colours and eight further
interior finishes.
In development for over
two-and-a-half years, the
launch of Lumi represents
an investment of nearly a
million pounds for the company – and its first step into
the windows market.
As well as being available
in a full suite of matching
designs and with a 10year guarantee, Lumi has
a host of construction and
performance benefits such
as a stormproof design
with flush proportional
glazing (the double rebate
is completely hidden);
50mm triple glazed (64-4) toughened glass for
maximum insulation and
noise reduction; 80mm GRP
double rebate frame offers
exceptional U-values - as
low as 0.7w/m2k on fixed
glazing panels.
Lumi also has a triple
gasket seal, a double euro
which groove allows for
versatile hardware options,
concealed hinges and
window locks; high security
Winkhaus lock system, kitemark glass and Kitemark
Lumi composite front door
options, Fab & Fix hardware and concealed hinges
which offer smooth action,
high weight load opening
and wide opening.
