ROOF LIGHTS
The tiled warm roof
market is on the rise with
savvy homeowners looking
for thermally superior alter-
natives for new and retrofit
extensions. Now Synseal
Group is offering installers
the perfect solution with
an easy-to-install fixed roof
light which maximises light
and doesn’t let you down in
thermal performance.
The supplier behind
installer favourites like the
Stratus lantern roof and
Masterdor Craftsman doors
has adapted its WarmCore
warm aluminium technology
to create an affordable, high
performance fixed roof light
for the Celsius Solid Roof.
WarmCore products use a
unique multi-chamber ther-
mal core which provides

25% more thermal efficiency
than standard aluminium
window and door systems.
The technology was initially
developed for the Warm-
Core folding sliding door in
2014, before being adapted
to launch WarmCore win-
dows last year.
The latest product to
take advantage of this low
U-value technology is the
new fixed roof light which
has been designed to be
easy to integrate into the
Celsius Solid Roof system.
The new fixed light comes
in three sizes: 630mm x
700mm, 630mm x 1200mm
and an impressive 630mm x
1700mm.

glass struc-
ture offers
maximum light
entry with the
glass covering the
whole area of the
window, right up to the
neat ceramic edge that has
been designed to be dis-
creet and flush to the roof
to create an incredibly clean
looking finished product.
This fully glazed design
approach means the fixed
light offers an increased
visible glass area of 25% on
the smallest size, with the
largest offering an increased
glass area of over 100%
