Year 11 Options Afternoon
The Post-16 Options Afternoon for the Year 11 students was held on 17th April 2019 providing an array of information and educational guidance to the parents and students.
The subject department head and teachers were available to inform parents and students about further study choices and scope of every subject. The Academic & Career Counsellor held a detailed and comprehensive presentation for parents and discussed the CIE curriculum requirements and expectations. Through this presentation, parents were informed of the structure of board examination, importance of the curriculum and its global scope. At this orientation, students learned about various subject combinations and relevant careers.
The afternoon featured one-to-one interaction between students and teachers to achieve clarity on their preferred choice of subjects and the opportunities and the careers that can open doors for the students.
