KHDA WHAT WORKS BEING WELL DUBAI
Taha Qureshi Head Boy of PPS and Frances Aleah Mercado of Year 12 B represented the school to showcase Mission X. PPS students represented endeavors in mental and physical wellbeing at PPS. PPS is a part of global school community recognized for its effort on fitness and wellness, first in Dubai and UAE. ‘Mission X – Training like an Astronaut’ is a worldwide educational initiative to encourage healthy and active lifestyles among children. At PPS we keep the students motivated by training them like astronauts. This Mission X, has morphed into an international collaboration of physical fitness challenges.
Students created a 3D model and presented on how other schools can join in. Students also participated in a fitness drill and were among the winners in the plank challenge.
