Mission X Train Like an Astronaut
Student Council of all the houses led by Alina Nilam and Shaheer Memon, Sports Captains were involved in the launch of ‘Mission X – Training like an Astronaut’ at PPS.
It is a worldwide educational initiative supported by ESA and the national space agencies of Austria, Belgium, Colombia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Spain, UK and USA to encourage healthy and active lifestyles among children. Pristine is a Mission X School. This programme is launched for a period of a month. Students introduced the concept of staying healthy by warm up session followed by HIT exercises, Yoga and Workout sessions. In succession this was introduced to the Year 4-6 by them too. Teams of school students at PPS learnt principles of healthy eating and exercise
