April 4th: “Situational Analysis Part II” Understanding the art of delegation, multiple perspective players, and realizing consensus values. April 25 “The Leader in You” Personal Growth Value assessment and enhancement systems. May 2nd: “Managing Personal Styles” How to manage stress, uncertainty, conflict, and working outside your comfort zone. May 16th: “Introspective Skill Management Part I” Facilitating Conscious Choices, Deflective Responsibilities, Increased Directional Emphasis. June 20th “Practical Leadership Project” Putting your skills in motion at Dodge City Days Kidfest. New leaders get noticed. July 18th “Kidfest Final Plan” The group will review & confirm all plans for the event. August 4th “Real Life Application” Implementing Kidfest Program. August 8th “Dissecting Success” Evaluative Process Analysis using Kidfest Model. August 22nd September 5th September 19th October 9-11th Introspective Skill Management Part Deux” Communication Skill analysis and practicum. “Skills to Engage Part I” Strange Bedfellows, Factional functionality, leading from the other side. “Engagement Techniques Part II” Leading in a losing situation, how to inspire a collective purpose, and jump starting the good guys. “Kansas Leadership Center Conference” TBA Graduation
