Don ’ t get turned away at the stadium gates . Before arriving on Sunday , make sure to review our full prohibited items list at www . jaguars . com / stadium / fanguide . Prohibited item reminders :
• All bags with the exception of a nonclear bag no larger than 4.5 ” x 6.5 ” or clear bag no larger than 12 ” x 6 ” x 12 ”
• Banners or signs larger than 3 feet by 2 feet
• Cameras with detachable lenses or lenses longer than six inches
• Coolers or containers , including cans , cups , bottles ( including misting fans ) and beverages from outside the stadium
GUEST SERVICES
Need assistance on game day ? The guest services team is here to help . To ask a question or seek assistance with a problem or issue :
• Locate your nearest usher , security guard , police offi cer or guest services team member .
• Visit any of the guest services booths located on the main concourse outside sections 223 , 244 and 202 ; in the upper concourses outside sections 410 and 436 ; and in the US Assure Clubs on the ground level and immediately outside of the elevator on the lower and upper levels .
• Text “ ASSIST ” followed by the location and a brief description of the issue to 58154 . Texting is also available in the parking lots beginning two hours prior to kickoff and one hour post-game .

Designated drivers are the ones who get fans home from the game safe and sound . That ’ s why the Jaguars and Mothers Against Drunk Driving ( MADD ) urge everyone to plan ahead by designated a non-drinking driver . Then you – and everybody with you – can relax and enjoy the game .
Make the pledge at the Good Sport Designated Driver booth located inside the stadium on the main concourse near section 123 . All designated drivers who sign up will be entered into a drawing to win a Bud Light Good Sport prize package and will also receive a voucher for a free non-alcoholic beverage . Fans interested in signing up may also visit any guest services booth ( located near sections 102 , 123 , 144 , 410 , 436 & US Assure Club lobby ).
