The Jacksonville Jaguars host the Atlanta Falcons tonight in the third preseason game, usually the week teams use as a dress rehearsal of sorts for the regular season opener. You will likely see the starters play the fi rst half, some even into the second half in their fi nal true tune-up before visiting the New York Giants Week 1. Many starters will likely not even see the fi eld in the fi nal preseason game next Thursday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, giving way to players trying to prove themselves and make the Jaguars roster – or another team’s roster – at fi nal cuts following the fi nal preseason game.
