Location of Events: The exhibits are located in Halls D - E in the Pennsylvania
Convention Center.
Show Management Office: The Show Management Office is located at
Registration on Broad Street - 1st Floor.

General Admission: $40 (available at Registration on Broad Street - 1st Level)
ATM Locations: ATMs are located near Registration and on the second floor near
the Business Center.
Attendance Policy: Premiere Philadelphia is open to licensed professionals
and students ONLY. Vendors reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, and/or
prohibit sales to unauthorized resellers. Vendors may require proof of professional
licensing and photo ID at the time of purchase, so please have both available
while attending the show. The following is a list of acceptable credentials:
Professionals
• Salon/Spa Business License denoting salon/spa ownership
• Cosmetology, Nail Technician, Esthetician, Massage Therapist, Barber License
• Professional makeup artist certification or business license denoting ownership
Students
• Active Class Schedule
• Active Unofficial Transcript
• Student Enrollment Paperwork or Progress Report
No one under the age of 16, including infants, are allowed on the show floor or
admitted in classrooms. If you have another form of credential which is not listed
above, please visit Registration.

Beauty Cast Network Student Job Fair
Registration: Your show pass allows you access to the Premiere Philadelphia
Exhibit Hall, all complimentary classrooms, and Main Stage. Please Note:
Session attendance is limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Workshops are priced separately and seating is limited.
All Sales are Final: No refunds will be issued. If your show e-pass is lost,
forgotten or stolen, you can reprint a new show e-pass at Registration. If you
have a lost, forgotten or stolen physical ticket, you will be required to purchase
another show pass to gain entrance into the show.
Continuing Education: To find out if your state has approved continuing
education hours, contact your local State Board of Cosmetology or visit
premierephiladelphiashow.biz
Photos/Video: By purchasing a show pass and/or entering Premiere Philadelphia’s
exhibit hall, classrooms or open lobbies, attendees grant Premiere Show Group, those
exhibiting at Premiere Philadelphia and approved press, the consent to use images
or likeness in still, audio and moving recordings that have been approved by show
organizers. Public social media images may also be used in advertising.
Lost & Found: Located at Registration on Broad Street - 1st Level. Lost & Found
items are turned into Convention Center security on Monday at the close of show.
Unauthorized Solicitation: Solicitation on the premises of Premiere
Philadelphia by non-exhibiting personnel and the selling of Show Passes and
Workshop Passes other than authorized personnel is strictly prohibited. Products
purchased and not sold in a professional salon are not permitted. All the above
are violations and violators will be apprehended and prosecuted to the fullest
extent of the law.

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited by the Convention Center.
Designated smoking areas outside the building will be marked.
