Location of Events : The exhibits are located in Halls D - E in the Philadelphia Convention Center .
Show Management Office : The Show Management Office is located at Registration on Broad Street - 1st Floor .
ATM Locations : ATMs are located near Registration and second floor near the Business Center .
Attendance Policy : Premiere Philadelphia is open to licensed professionals and students ONLY . Vendors reserve the right to limit purchase quantities , and / or prohibit sales to unauthorized resellers . Vendors may require proof of professional licensing and photo ID at the time of purchase , so please have both available while attending the show . The following is a list of acceptable credentials :
Professionals
• Salon / Spa Business License denoting salon / spa ownership
• Cosmetology , Nail Technician , Esthetician , Massage Therapist , Barber License
Students
• Active Class Schedule
• Active Unofficial Transcript
• Student Enrollment Paperwork or Progress Report
No one under the age of 16 , including infants , are allowed on the show floor or admitted in classrooms . If you have another form of credential which is not listed above , please visit Registration .
Registration : Your show pass allows you access to the Premiere Philadelphia Exhibit Hall , all complimentary classrooms , and Main Stage . Please Note : Session attendance is limited and is available on a first-come , first-serve basis . Workshops are priced separately and seating is limited .
All Sales are Final : No refunds will be issued . If your show e-pass is lost , forgotten or stolen , you can reprint a new show e-pass at Registration . If you have a physical ticket , you will be required to purchase another show pass to gain entrance into the show .

Photos / Video : No photography or videotaping of the Premiere Philadelphia Exhibits or Education is allowed without permission from Show Management . By purchasing a show pass and / or entering Premiere Philadelphia , I grant Premiere Show Group and those exhibiting at Premiere Philadelphia the consent to use my image or likeness in still , audio and moving recordings that have been approved by show organizers .
Lost & Found : Located at Registration . All lost & found items will be turned over to Convention Center security on Monday at the end of the show .
Unauthorized Solicitation on the premises of Premiere Philadelphia by non-exhibiting personnel and the selling of Show Passes and Workshop Passes other than authorized personnel is strictly prohibited . Products purchased and not sold in a professional salon are not permitted . All the above are violations and violators will be apprehended and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law .
